So just a quick snippet about me….

I’ve lived, breathed and navigated my way through a life threatening illness (check out my about page) and when I was standing on the edge……. so close to the edge I could feel my instincts kicking in, deep inside my core, and in a complete moment of clarity I knew what had to be done.

“Change what I was eating and drinking, but also what I was thinking”. Once my mind was set there was no looking back.

So what did I do……

Well that I can’t wait to share with you, but what I will tell you is that it was nothing drastic nothing radical, I just kept it simple. No crazy detoxes or diets that cut out major food groups, I don’t do deprevation or starvation! I needed to nuture, nourish and heal my body so it was all about adding, just adding the good stuff and listening to my body, how I felt each day and using my intuition to guide me.

“Trusting our intuition to guide us and eating instinctively  is a beautiful thing its how we were designed as humans on this planet, we just seem to have lost that ability somewhere along the way”

I’ve seen first hand the incredible  healing benefits of food and I’m so glad I put my faith back in mother nature, I knew she always had my back!

I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist and have spent over five years intensively  and extensively studying and researching food and I’m blown away by what I learn each day.

They say the things that you are passionate about are not random they are your calling

That’s why I started this blog, that’s why I do what I do, that’s why I’m here.

Final note…… Being healthy isn’t about pushing your body to extremities its about being gentle and finding some kind of balance.

When you slowly start adding simple daily practises and nourishing food and thoughts to the mix you will create a sustainable environment for your body to flourish and become the best version of yourself ever, and I can’t wait to show you how.
