Don’t wait till you have a cold or flu to start eating raw garlic. Make sure you have plenty of it in your diet NOW as  allicin encourages white blood cells to reproduce which boosts the body’s defence from winter colds and any bugs floating around .

Tip… If your adding garlic to a meal put it in the last few minutes. This will preserve all the enzymes that get lost from cooking it too long.
