So if you have been with me for a while you know that my ‘thing’ is to keep life as simple as possible….especially when it comes to health!
Exercise used to be a dance of ‘a little bit of this and a little bit of that’ until I fell madly in love with yoga and Qi Qong.
But a few years ago, due to lymph issues I was advised to start rebounding – and I’m glad I did.
Not only is it easy, fun and super simple – according to NASA bouncing on a rebounder is “the most, efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man”!!!!
And here’s why…
♦ It is believed to be the only form of exercise capable of strengthening, toning and detoxifying every single cell in your body. It is also far less strenuous on your knees, ankles, feet and all your other joints. It even your organs get a workout !!!

♦ The main reason I started using a rebounder was because I was recommend it due to lymph issues. Rebounding drastically boosts your immune function through its ability to encourage lymphatic drainage.
